We actually start our work for you several months before your wedding date. We include unlimited emails for last minute details, planning advice, a final walk through, planning meetings, vendor referrals, management of your wedding team, a fully developed wedding day timeline, an orchestrated and seamless rehearsal, unlimited hours on your wedding day, and so much more. We coordinate a table design mock up to determine style details such as floral arrangement, linens, table décor, chair selections and design event space layouts. We assist with incorporating your overall theme, color scheme, style, and creative elements into the entire wedding.

How much does it cost?

Bridal consultations are complimentary 1 hour consultations with a coordinator who has 16 years of experience. (A fee applies for subsequent consultations.)

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Although you will find us here five days a week, in order to ensure a one-on-one personal consultation we do want to hear from you ahead of time. Is this too good to be true?

Hi! My name is Alexandra RoseLee, owner and principal designer of White Glove Weddings. For as long as I can remember, I have had a huge passion to start my own wedding and event coordinator organization and help clients by designing trendy themes for all occasions. As far back as high school, I began planning proms, dances and homecomings; continuing into college as a student ambassador for Eastern Oregon University. I organized an array of functions while taking classes on design, business, and leadership before graduating with my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree.

After college, I became an active duty service member of the U.S. Coast Guard. While on active duty, I held a position on the base morale committee where I planned ceremonies, holiday parties and other various gatherings. These included military weddings. It was during that time that I felt it was time to turn my passion for creating beautiful and unique weddings and events into a full-time career. The thrill of bringing couples dreams and ideas to life for a once in a lifetime event brings me so much joy. When my enlistment was complete, I left my position as a law enforcement officer to start a new career in event planning.

Not only are all of the participates represented by the WGWBB business's located within the Tri Cities, White Glove Weddings donates 10% of all profits to our local Safe Harbor Support Center. Safe Harbor is located in Kennewick, WA and provides a safe nurturing environment, helping children and families heal from trauma and recover from abuse and neglect.
